MCM Travertine is flexible tile is a soft tile that’s not real porcelain tile or ceramic tile. The material is modified clay (MCM), the production process is a kind of flexible surface material is formed, baked and irradiated by special temperature-controlled molding system. It is a new energy-saving and low-carbon decorative wall material, it’s lightweight, soft, fireproof, more colorful, high quality, it is easy and fast to be installed and economic but lifetime is about 70 years.

It adoptsnatural modified mineralpowder as aggregates, green plant fiber and other natural polymers as reinforced materials, and is formed through light enzyme irradiation reaction. The soft flexible porcelain exterior wall travertine and split bricks have various colors, and also can be customized according to your requirements.

Installation Manual

1. Horizontal and vertical positioning line of project tile after treatment with special interface agent.

2. Pulping on the wall and use serrated trowel to pull out vertical bar.

3. Tapping evenly with offset plate.

4. Caulking with joint mixture in a triangular plastic bag

5. Use a steel bar to pull the groove when the caulk is semi-dry

6. Clean the surface stains with semi-wet sponge
