The same as the material selection requirements of the sphere, as the base stone can not have cracks.For some large diameter and volume of wind water polo products, the base contour is generally made of natural rock surface modeling,and only simple chisel can shape the contour of the base.lf it is processing some small wind water ball products as family decorations, the base can also be made into a rotary body shape or water jet plate shape of polished products, then the need to use ordinary or CNC lathe and other equipment processing base contour.
The purpose of roughing the inner surface is to reduce the amount of stone needed to be removed when using CNC machining center, improve efficiency and reduce cost.The inner surface of the base can be roughed by using a circular saw machine with manual carving or installing a small diameter saw blade.The CNC machining center with more than three dimensional control function is the ideal equipment for forming the inner surface of the base. Ln order to grind the inner sphere of the base with the ball, the CNC machining center also needs to be equipped with a grinding power head that can install grinding and polishing abrasives.The inner sphere of the base can also be ground with simple equipment and manual method. Skilled workers can also process the inner sphere with high matching accuracy, but the production efficiency is lower than the mechanical equipment such as CNC machining center.
The inner surface of the water tank does not need grinding and polishing.After molding,the water inlet hole can be processed with a stone bit with an extended shank.lt should be noted that the inner wall of the tank and the wall of the water inlet hole must be washed clean with high pressure water before use, so as to prevent the debris falling in use from entering the matching gap between the ball and the base with the water flow, and wear the matching surface.
