When the positive tension value is too large, it is easy to cause up and down bending. Therefore, when choosing cores, stone processing factories should not be greedy for cheap, and choose unqualified cores. However, good quality iron cores produced by qualified enterprises should be selected. At the same time, pay attention to the life cycle of re-welding blades to reduce unnecessary losses.

 

2. Diamond segment

The cutting and bending of the slab is mainly because the diamond saw blade is not sharp. In the case of overload, the blade is stressed or overloaded, resulting in excessive cutting current and bending of the slab. Therefore, before cutting, the stone processing plant should chisel and sharpen the new diamond segment. If necessary, mechanical gouging can be used to reduce the difference between runout and end jump. However, some stone processing plants are in poor conditions and cannot use mechanical chiseling. But use random chiseling. In the process of digging the ground, strict cutting and cutting processes should be formulated, and executed at 1/3 or 1/4 of the normal cutting or walking speed. And the "blade" should be fully "sharpened" to reduce the blade radial runout error. Otherwise, in the process of cutting or over-load cutting, the saw blade core cannot withstand the huge load. It will cause deterioration of flatness, tension value, and end-face runout.

 

3. Running quality of sawing machine

According to the investigation, the horizontal running guide of the saw is worn out after a period of use, and the accuracy is reduced. The required quality control does not meet the standard. When crawling occurs, the slab is prone to bending left and right. When the saw's longitudinal (vertical) lifting civil rail part is worn. When the accuracy is reduced and the accuracy is not reached, the slab is prone to buckling. At the same time, when the blade gap of the saw blade guide is improperly adjusted or foreign objects enter the guide. Prone to bending. In addition, the poor operating system of the sawing machine spindle is also an important factor causing slab bending. Therefore, the accuracy of the saw main drive shaft and the reasonable adjustment of the spindle bearing clearance are also very important. Otherwise, irregular slab bending will occur.

4. Installation and maintenance of saws during use

In addition, the normal maintenance of the saw blade during use and timely removal of foreign objects on the guide rail. When replacing the saw blade, the accuracy requirements of the saw blade flange are particularly strict. Strictly check the flange flatness and end face runout before replacement, and remove burrs and foreign objects. If the difference does not meet the quality control requirements, it must be repaired or replaced.

5. Cooling and lubrication of sawing machine when cutting

In order to ensure the normal cutting of the saw blade, extend its service life, and improve the quality of the cutting board during the use of the saw. Usually prepare a special stone cutting coolant. And maintain stable cooling and lubrication quality during the production process, and the flow is sufficient and evenly sprayed on the saw blade core. Some users do not use the prepared coolant, but use tap water for cutting and cooling, which greatly reduces the number of rewelding and the service life of the core, which affects the quality of the slab. Therefore, good cooling and lubrication can fully and effectively increase the service life of the saw blade, reduce cutting costs, and prevent the occurrence of slab bending.
