a. Drill holes on the original building structure to install expansion bolts, and then fix the 5# angle steel on the wall.

Determine its installation density and depth to form a steel skeleton according to requirements and mechanical calculations.

b. Punch 3~5mm galvanized thin steel sheets into honeycomb panels, and determine the size and density of holes according to the actual situation on site.

Generally, the minimum area material is determined according to the average size of the irregular surface layer decoration material, and at least 5 holes should be covered to ensure the installation firmness of the irregular surface layer decoration material.

c. Use stainless steel drilling screws on site to fix the galvanized honeycomb steel plate on the welded steel skeleton, and apply flexible structural adhesive to the irregular surface decorative materials.

The position of the paste needs to be aligned and pressed down hard, until some of the flexible structural adhesive overflows from the holes of the galvanized honeycomb steel plate.

d. After the installation of the irregular surface layer decoration material is completed, after the flexible structural adhesive is air-dried and solidified, use the drill tail screw to carry out secondary reinforcement of some irregular surface layer decoration materials, and the surface holes generated are repaired with toning cement.

e. After color mixing with glue-mixed cement, caulk the gaps between the irregular surface decorative materials.
